Who We Are

Our motto is "God is still speaking."

Our other motto from Jesus' High Priestly Prayer is "That they may all be one." (John 17:21)

Our greeting to one another every Sunday morning as we begin our Worship Service is "No matter who you are, or where you are on life's journey, you are welcome here."

Our Vision Statement is "We are called to share God's love through Christ in worship, teaching, and outreach."

Do we always live up to such lofty goals and hopes in our Church's life? No, sometimes we slip up.

But we strive. That's a word which says a lot about Faith United Church Christ, Altoona, PA. We "strive" to live in God's truth. We "strive" to be faithful. We "strive" to be committed to our calling in Jesus Christ.
